The breathtaking Belk Mansion represents the fulfillment of a dream after 17 years and an extraordinary two-year journey. God inspired Susan with a vision to establish an “inn with a purpose” at The Belk Mansion. Through years of faith in the Lord’s timing and provision, along with the steadfast support and prayers of cherished friends and family, this beautiful vision has become a reality. Susan has 43 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent and Broker and has called Charlotte home for over 30 years. She treasures the stories that homes tell and the people who spend time in them too.
